sMALL BUSINESS eNTERPRISE Program
Robling Architecture Construction's (RAC) Small Business Enterprise Page (SMWBE) is presented to ensure that Disadvantage Business Enterprises (DBEs) and Small, Women and Minority-owned businesses have maximum opportunity to participate on county and federally-assisted projects.
The SBEP is designed to:
- Increase the numbers of competitively awarded contracts to small businesses
- Maximize contract opportunities
- Minimize contract bonding
- Promote the use of small businesses in RAC contract and subcontract opportunities
SMWBE businesses in the program will be among a limited group of firms eligible to participate in selected county and federally-assisted contract opportunities set-aside for SMWBE.
